These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TokenFlow's services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
TokenFlow provides a unified API for accessing AI language models from multiple providers, with usage tracking, billing, and budget controls. We operate the gateway. We don't operate the underlying models — those are provided by third parties under their own terms.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you share your API keys with. If you suspect a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
You agree not to use the service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll generally try to give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first, but for serious violations we may act immediately.
You pay for what you use. Per-token rates are listed on our pricing page and can change with at least 30 days' notice for existing customers.
Plan subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the period. Pay-as-you-go top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend service if your balance is exhausted or your card payment fails.
You're responsible for the prompts you send and what you do with the responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. Don't rely on it without human review for anything important.
We don't claim ownership of content you generate through the service. Copyright and ownership of AI-generated outputs is a developing legal area; consult a lawyer if it matters for your business.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also agree to that policy.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or change features without notice. SLA terms, where they apply, are part of your specific plan.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TokenFlow's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any reason. On termination, you can export your usage data for 30 days; after that it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
